Latest News

St. Charles, IL – July 3, 2010 – Today kicks off the PCA Annual Porsche Parade. The Porsche Parade is the PCA’s annual convention. It is a week long extravaganza of car events, tech sessions, social events and FUN. Whether you like to autocross, rally, tour or concours, there is plenty to do and see. Attendance is roughly 2000 people, most of which arrive in their beautiful and much loved Porsche automobiles. In addition to all these fun activities the Parade is a great family vacation. It provides you with the opportunity to visit a different area of the country each year, as well as the chance to catch up with all your Parade friends that you only see at Parade.

In addition to the traditional car related activities you can enjoy a golf tournament, a 5K Run/Walk, RC Car racing, and the Tech Quiz. We will offer numerous tours to local attractions to introduce you to the great Chicago area, as well as give a little free-time to relax and enjoy it. We also promise plenty of opportunities to socialize with friends new and old. The Parade is the best of PCA all in one action packed week. Don’t miss out! Located on the Fox River, the picturesque town of St. Charles provides an opportunity to visit the greater Chicago area, as downtown is just 35 miles away, while having a small town feel. Parade headquarters is the Pheasant Run Resort, the Midwest’s largest entertainment resort, with luxurious guest rooms, two championship golf courses, a renowned spa, award-winning dining and entertainment, three pools, two theaters, a comedy club and extensive meeting and conference facilities. The resort has just finished a 6 year, $35 million renovation and has been rated the Best Venue outside Chicago by the Illinois Meeting & Events Magazine for the last two years. By taking over the resort, we will enjoy the luxury of an all-Porsche-all-the-time Parade week!
